This suggests that their role is far beyond that seen in any other religion. I will be investigating this statement in more detail and finally deciding if it is a fair comment or is the role being overstated. Angels are a specialised creation of Allah, in Arabic known as Malaikah. The angels were the first creation to be created by Allah, signifying their importance. They are static in Iman, and do not increase or decrease in their status and therefore will not be held accountable on the Day of Judgement.
