Motivation, Motivation is the process of getting the best out of yourself and your teammates. Being human our moods and desires change very easily in one game we could be really up for it but the next its as though we cannot be bothered. Unfortunately this type of attitude will not be accepted in sport or within any of the public services. Some people get motivated by many different things. Some people being motivated is where the athlete is intrinsically motivated this is where they are personally satisfied with what they are getting out of competing in a sport i.e. the enjoyment of moving their bodies, getting fitness, showing a skill, and for some most importantly the winning. Another way of people getting motivated is extrinsically. When a sports personality wins a competition or makes an incredible shot he/she will undoubtedly be seeing a lot of money pouring into the pockets,...
