Outdoor Education Unit 15 Working with Children Tutor: Steven Rodger Student: Ken McMullen 2004/2005 Introduction Shuttleworth College Outdoor Education Department has reviewed my reports on the activity day for local schools that I ran as a student last year. The Department has asked me to compile a report on the Departments ability to meet the needs of children at various stages of development. The governors have also asked that I look at the legal and welfare requirements involved when working with children. Firstly I will write a report exploring the needs of children at different stages of development.
