Mr Chairperson, members of the proposition, fellow members of the opposition, ladies and gentlemen of the house. This house believes that children today have never had it so good, I disagree with this It is a common misconception that the youth of today have never had it so good. This opinion however is often harboured by the older generation who more than anything else is jealous that they are no longer young and are bitter that they are unable to do many activities, which they used to enjoy. In certain ways today's youth do have better lives than their predecessors, for example they have more freedom but that is not always a good thing and there are pro's and cons in every argument. Overall today's children have more worries and are more stressed than ever before. In school for example the pressure on children is unbelievable, the ever increasing workload coupled...
