Comparison between the development of my child (David) and the 'norm' Physical Milestone I produced a chart to look at David's developmental progress of the physical milestone I compared it to the 'norm'; this chart was from birth to 7 years. Milestones are a particular achievement or skill in development e.g. a physical milestone would be walking. David was delayed on several milestones; one of the reasons for this could have been due to his mum's level of special needs. David was late at focusing his eyes this may have been because he may have poor eyesight which may result in him having to wear glasses. There may have been a genetic cause as his mum has to wear glasses as she has quite bad eyesight. By the age 2 and 3, David could focus his eyes well although he does appear to noticeably wobble his eyes of which I would be concerned. David was also late...
