Why I consider Dr Sun Yet-sen as the person who offered the most effective leadership in China during the years 1911-1934. Dr Sun Yat-sen often called the father of republican China was instrumental in the overthrow of China's Qing dynasty in 1911. After the revolution, Sun headed the Kuomintang, which strove to create a strong, unified China. I consider him as the most effective leader in China during 191 - 1934 because he was the most prominent leader of that time and possessed many leadership qualities essential for being a good political leader. Dr Sun Yat-sen was a charismatic leader, one vital quality of an effective political leader. Throughout history most of the outstanding political leader like Hitler and Lenin were captivating speakers which enabled them to sway the masses into supporting their party and ideology.
