QUESTION: Is it truly feasible for any major city to be prepared for a terrorist attack? If so, what measures should be taken and what have we learned from 9/11? On 9/11, our nation was put through a crash course on terrorist attack management. Whether we like to admit it or not, terrorism management and consulting is officially a big business. The threat of terrorism has always existed in our nation, but our nation has been relatively unscathed from terrorist actions against mass amounts of people. If you were to ask anyone on the street, I am sure the only act of mass terrorism they would recall pre-9/11 was the Oklahoma City bombing. I think in a lot of ways that is one the many reasons why our nation has been able to thrive after its creation. Americans aren't afraid to dream big, for we don't expect to ever be...
