The Heat The road to my place was a dirt road, in the dry season when we drove on the road it looked like a sandstorm had hit with dust blowing everywhere like someone had just turned on a blow dryer. You look around all you can see is a long string of lush green grass rustling in the wind swaying from side to side like a pendulum. When the car came to a halt, and we exited the cool air-conditioning of the car, and stepped out it was as if I was being roasted, the sweat as if I was simmering in my own juices.
