Inception This is where the architect is appointed and the client and the architect decide whether the building is necessary to build. The client is then given a brief then by the amount of money, the need, land and idea or vision the client has, the type of building the client wants to build is determined. The architect makes sure the client gets what he wants then appoints consultants. The architect and the client come to an agreement on the how things are suppose to run generally and the future action they are going to plan. B.
