Why did groups like the Beatles and The Rolling Stones have such great Impact during the 1960's One of the many reasons that The Beatles and The Rolling Stones had such a big impact on society in the 1960's was because they showed the voices of the teenagers in that period of time. Teenagers no longer wanted to look like their parents and these groups shared the same opinions. These groups were keeping up to date with the latest fashions, styles and attidudes of the teenagers. Fashion was beginning to change, teenagers no longer wanted to look like their parents. One of the shops which changed teenager's opinions was called Bazaar. Bazaar was a shop owned by a young art student called Mary Quant. At the time women always forced themselves into corsets or griddles to keep a paticular shape. Mary Quant wanted to change all this selling fashion she described as "Allowing
