Estate Agency Portals In the past houses have usually been purchased through estate agents, however the introduction of website based estate agents has changed the way this market operates. This report will analyse and evaluate the impact of two of these portals on the rest of the housing market and whether this process leads to a reduction in transaction costs for consumers.
