Introduction In this coursework I am going to investigate what influences the prices of a second hand car. In order to be successful I will find out how the engine of a car, age of a car, price of a car and the colour of a hand car will affect the second hand price. There are 25 makes of cars, but I will only look 8 makes, that come up a lot, to give me an idea of what is influencing the second hand price of the cars. The makes of cars are as follows: Ford Vauxhall Peugot Volkswagen Rover Fiat Nissan Renault Firstly I will start by looking at the ages of all the cars above and see how it affects the second hand price and then move on to doing engine size, mileage and the colour of all the cars.
