Task Data was collected from Year 7/Year 11 pupils when they were asked to write down their estimates (correct to 2 decimal places) of the length of a bamboo stick (true length 1.58m). Data was recorded on sheets showing the gender of the pupils and their estimates. Analyse the data using appropriate techniques. The stick was held horizontally so that it would be fairer. If it was held vertically then the pupils would be able to make a better estimate according to their height. I was given information as "secondary data" which is the data sheet that has all the gender and the estimates of the pupils.
