English coursework: non-fictional Women's rights If we look at the world today, many accomplishments in women's rights have occurred since the last century. Although these exterior changes have been a great advantage to women's claims and essential rights, the principle of this partiality still remains upon our society. Unfortunately, the belief that men are superior to women still exists in the 21st century. It is true that in nineteenth-century Britain and the former world, women were socially dependant on men and were expected to obey them due to their inferior legal rights, but surely this shallow stereotyping could not exist in the "modern" world we live in today?
