"this is an essay on consideration that does provide sound information. however, in some of the detail, there are some very obvious flaws. for starters, the exhibitor does not mention that there was economic duress, which was evident where the promisee threatened not to cary out the work, unless extra payment was offered. Also, as there was no request for the promisee to carry out the extra work on the pool, the promisee is not entitle to the payment as the promisor did not request this. from above, we can see that there are many flaws in this essay, and as an A2 level law student, i would not recommend this essay for those students, like me, who are undertaking the consideration, special study paper."

"clear explanation of different areas of contract law, also relevant case studies to compare with"
