Switch on the computers mains power, then insert the Windows 2000 CD-ROM 2. Make sure you select first boot drive to CD-ROM. Then press any key when it asks you. 3. Next Windows Setup screen comes up, now press Enter then it will take you to the licensing agreement, press F8 to agree, a screen will appear asking where you would like to install 2000, press enter on the un-partitioned space to continue, if you want to you can set up partitions now. Otherwise hit enter to continue 4. You will then be told that a new partition has been created, select "Format the partition using the NTFS file system". 5.
