History of the German Rittal GmbH & CO.KG At the 1st of April in 1961 Rudolf Loh founded the Rudolf Loh KG Elektrogerätebau, Rittershausen. His idea was to mass -produce enclosures. In 1965 the production area was doubled to 4000 square meters with a new building. As well as machinery and a large spray- finishing plant which were also installed.
