1.0 INTRODUCTION The Malaysian government worked hard in making our beloved nation as a developed country beyond the year 2020. To achieve the goal is not an easy task because it really needs a large amount of commitment. One of the criteria of a developed country is the ability to overcome the country internal problems. Therefore, as a step to overcome the traffic congestion problems, Malaysian government planned the Light Railway Transit (LRT) development.
