Substance abuse is our nation's number one health problem. People who have substance abuse problems range from the man in the suit, to the girl on the street. Treatment is accessible for a small number of the millions who are affected by substance abuse, but at what cost. Substance abuse treatment has failed countless patients, and will continue to fail.
