Creative Activities for our Health and Well-being In this piece of course work, I will be exploring how different activities can positively benefit my chosen client group's Physical, Intellectual, Emotional & Social well being. For my work experience, I worked in an early years centre which consisted of client group's ranging from the ages of 0 - 3 (infants), at this age children are vulnerable and they have to be given activities that will boost their knowledge and understanding and also improve their growth and development. The activity has to be interesting and exciting, because children can get bored easily. During my work experience I had to carry out an activity with my client group.
