Cases of deficiencies are mostly located in Upper rather than Lower Egypt. And according to the OMNI organization there are three main deficiencies that haunt Egyptian people: Vitamin A Deficiency (VAD), Iron Deficiency Anemia (IDA) and Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD).
