Patients from diverse backgrounds with many levels of medical need receive services. It is imperative for hospital administrators to keep current with conflicting issues that may arise on a daily basis. Faith Community Hospital is facing ethical and moral dilemmas concerning the care of its patients. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and determine the root causes of the problems and provide practical, long-term solutions. The hospital administrator has attempted to reconcile the conflicting beliefs of the patients and staff to minimize ethical and moral conflicts. However, this attempt has inadvertently caused performance issues within many areas in the hospital.
