The communication cycle Communication involves the sending and receiving of messages. It is a two way process, the cycle of communication proceeds thought a number of stages. Ideas occur We need to think just that what we go talk about. Possible problem areas where communication may break down include: - the message is ill- conceived - it is vague or incomplete - it is ambiguous.
