Clenbuterol Clenbuterol has a chemical structure related to that of the stimulant adrenaline and as might therefore should be expected as far more pharmacological actions like those of adrenaline. It is available as a license drug in Germany for the treatment of the symptoms of asthma. The reason for this is its action of relieving bronchocastriction; it is not license in the U.K. 10c banned class of stimulants as from March 1993 covers it; it was named specifically in the class of anabolic agents. In addiction it has been shown to have anabolic affects in animals which are distinct from the effects to be expected of stimulants. The underground steroid handbook update 1992 has 14 pages which deals with clenbuterol, because of it's documented actions it is reported as an anabolic agent which is controlled as part of, out of competition testing by the 10c accredited laboratory in London.
