The different purpose between Jessie Pope's Poem and Wilfred Owen's poem is: - Jessie Pope's poem is saying that war is a fun game and you should join the Armed Forces because if you don't join you will be missing out and you won't be able to tell your grandchildren what you have done for your country, and Wilfred Owen's poem is a reply to Jessie Pope's poem and is saying the exact opposite, that the war is not a fun game, it is a terrible, horrific and disgusting scenario where you can die a gruesome, painful death and can also get seriously injured. 2.)
