A DESERTED STREET What was there before is now gone. The line is clear. Our nations symbols have been destroyed and so our dreams of freedom and peace. So I am now, like every human being walking down a deserted street full of images that pass through my mind, not knowing if the most powerful nation of the world, the model for every other country was really what it was built up to be. The street to my eyes seems dull and empty until I start thinking of the happening and at once it starts to fill up with images and questions most of which I cannot answer. I feel shocked and dizzy as if I didn't know what was happening, but then I realize I really didn't know what was going on. This unawareness makes my irritated and suddenly makes me want to know more so I start thinking and thinking. As...
