"Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" The poem "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" was written by Robert Frost. Through the poem we sense the voice of a middle-aged, kind hearted man, who enjoys the woods during a snowfall. The tone of the poem is calm and holds the enjoyable surface meaning of a man riding on his horse through a woods on a winter evening.
