Romeo And Juliet ACT 3 SCENE 3 Romeos change in character and his feelings for Juliet. Compare his love for Juliet Quotes: ACT 1 SCENE 1 "Many a morning both he there been seen, with tears augmenting the fresh morning dew" This quote means he moping around and sad. This shows his immature approach to to his love and is not prepared to do anything about it. Romeo is confused and unhappy. Romeo however is not keeping this to himself; he wants people to notice he is unhappy. Benvolio and Montague are talking about Romeo just before he enters in act 1 scene 1. Benvolio - "My noble uncle do you know the cause?" Montague - "I neither know it nor can learn of him". Romeo is being secretive and keeping himself to himself.
