Jessica Goodier English Language Use your knowledge of the linguistic frameworks to discuss the linguistic differences and similarities between these two versions of the same story. From the first impressions of the pieces the similarities and differences of the graphology are evident. Both pieces have a long column structure although the second edition of the story seems to have more paragraphed ideas and some of the paragraphs are indented. This shows that the piece is of a more modern era as indentation of paragraphs are a later use of graphology features. The second piece also uses a bold type for a heading which underneath contains references to verses in the bible. The information in the second piece has seemed to be condensed a lot as the length of the piece seems considerably shorter. The grammar of the two pieces are slightly different as the first edition starts many sentences with 'And' this being not...
