Life in the Spanish Armada Day1: Today we have set off from Lisbon in Portugal. The food is Ok, the water is fresh, people are adjusting to the ship moving about. There are lots of people being sick. It is spring. All the ships are very brightly coloured, painted red and gold, covering 11km of sea. Day5: We are nearer our first destination of Corunna where we will get fresh water and food for the journey to England. Undernearth deck it is very dark. Less people are being sick now. There have been violent storms and some sails have been torn. These will be replaced in Corunna. Going to the toilet is scary - hanging overboard. One person has already fallen in. Day10: We now have arrived in Corunna and are anchored. We are stocking up on food and mending the sails which were torn in the storms. We have good news that 2000...
