This includes differences and similarities between internal and external trade, what goods are traded between the UK, the EU and the rest of the world, what limits there are to trade and how has the trade changed with the development of the European market and the single currency. This report will be split into seven categories and each one will contain a specific subject relevant to UK Trade. 1.1 Why does trade occur? Trade occurs because of the ineffective location of any resources of land, labour, capital and entrepreneurship. These happen to be traded because these resources are very hard to find and many of the goods and services that are produced by these resources have to be traded across the country and the world to help keep the worlds economy running...
