Surprising quality found in talented performance. Normally 10Barret Drama(c) manage to give outstanding performances of a vast range of texts to the public, but this was certainly a surprise. A particularly original version of 'Find Me' (a play about a girl growing up with mental and behaviour disorders) was given by the cast of exceptional actors, despite them having no familiarity with anything of this style or nature before. But before you judge the play on your first ideas of a predictably disturbing cliché, let it be said that this was a remarkably vivid interpretation of an extremely difficult and undeniably complex play, performed with great detail and explained beautifully, in fact so well that even someone deaf could understand such a plot. And indeed at times you may wish you were deaf, with deafening shouts from an exceedingly troubled child, cries of fear and remorse from a mother broken down...
