Drama Essay (Delilah's tale) When informed that this was our first important improvisation assessment, My group (Perry Goyen, Eloise Cooke and myself) struggled for ideas as to what sources we should base our piece on. We visited the Schools library, watched historical videos and looked at Internet sights of various different things, in order to find interesting historical, cultural and social sources. After much debate we finally agreed on these three sources Ruth Ellis, Chicago directed by Rob Marshall, and "A Child Called It," the heart-rending story of his own life by David Pelzer. We felt our sources were all related as the story of the late Ruth Ellis often provokes mixed emotions, The murder of David Bentley is some what alike to the murder of an unfaithful husband in Chicago. To relate with these stories we took sentiment, traits and feelings from the young boy in "A child called it"....
