The reason we forget that a film isn't reality is because it allows us to escape from reality and our own lives. Film makers' use many different captive types of medium to entices us such as bill board posters, advertisements in magazines and on television. Genres give the audience a pre conception of what the film is going to be about. Sci-fi gives the expectations of Space, aliens or futuristic elements. George Lucas uses a variety of different ways of engaging the audience. The chase sequence is a very exhilarating, energetic way of capturing the audiences' attention and views of the future.
