Staging of Act 1:I of Hamlet Stage The stage in which the first act will be staged will be in a spherical shape like that of The Globe Theatre, in London, were Shakespeare's political and social plays were performed. The stage will be a concept of a multitiered audience around a central volume containing the majority of the audience, facing the stage. There will be a raised circular stage with a wall at the back. The whole audience would be facing onto the stage separated by the orchestral section and technical zone intended to create a suspension of reality by sound and light and also keep the audience focused on the stage. The whole idea is to create the feeling that the audience are involved as much as possible.
