Grace Gladstone August 04 A.V.C.E Performing Arts Summer Assignment The first venue which I chose to research is 'Vue Cinema', Islington. This cinema recently bought out the Warner Village company. This complex is situated in the heart of a busy shopping centre. The cinema only offers one type of performance, which is film. However, a wide and varied range of film can be offered because of the large number of screens available in the Vue Cinema complex. This enables a wide choice of film genre. For example, comedy, action, horror, chick-flick, romance, kids, teens, foreign, thriller, documentaries etc... Due to the wide choice of film genre available, the needs of a very large audience can be met, as there is always 'something for everyone' available. For example, as of 8th August, the following programme was available: Cat Woman (12A) Garfield the movie (U), Home on the range (U), I robot (12A), Shrek...
