Among those who end up on the island are Ralph who was elected as a leader from the start, Jack the head chorister of his choir who from the beginning is unhappy about not being voted to take charge and also the character Piggy who is not given much respect but proves to be very intelligent. Jack turns his choir group into a set of hunters and soon enough, chaos breaks out on the island even leading to the death of two boys. The first film version of 'Lord of the Flies' was produced...
