However if a problem occurs in the primary or the secondary stage, McDonalds will suffer. Therefore they will receive lower profits and will have difficulty selling the food. The raw materials that McDonalds get are extracted from: (a) Meat and milk from animals (b) Grain and fruit from farming (c) Fish from the sea and from fish farms In the manufacturing process for McDonalds, the chain of production begins in the primary sector with the extraction of raw materials. The raw materials have been extracted from their natural sources.
