The most popular form of connecting to the internet has become the preferred method and many of the providers now provide unlimited download rates and high speed access. The monthly process ranged from £15.99 per month to £24.99 per month. The speeds also ranged from 300k with NTL to 2mb with BT download rates, although all service providers provided a 256k upload rate. Out of the 4 providers 3 provided an ADSL link with only NTL opting for a CABLE connection. The 4 dialup ISP's served were all pay as you go and charged the same rates with the exception
