SYSTEM SPECIFICATION - PART ONE Scenario Ms Eileen Jones originally started doing business lunches for some of her friends. It was a fairly easy-going arrangement. Her friends would phone her the day before and ask her to do lunch for the next day. She would suggest a lunch menu which consists of sandwiches and dips. She would prepare the food and take it to her friends the next day. She would give them an invoice for the costs and they would send her a cheque. Her friends recommended Ms Jones to their friends; and she started getting calls from other local businesses. Now she is thinking of expanding to do weddings and other events.
