SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION There are various types of software available, the facilities and suitability of each software will have to be chosen for my system. Word processor This is used to create textual document such as letters, reports and books etc. which can be edited rearranged and also printed. Modification such as inserting, deleting, coping etc. can be done to any document. The word processor can check any spelling or grammar mistakes; it also contains facilities such as a dictionary and thesaurus. Document formatting such as fonts, layout, page setup, and borders can come in very handy. This type of software is mainly used for letter writing and essays. The use of mail merge can also be come in handy especially if some letters have to be issued to a number of people. But then I would prefer not to use it for mathematical calculations since it cannot calculate automatically. So for...
