Background Information on the Company(s) Henry Orwell's is an independent book retail shop in Bushy Heath (Watford). It has been established for just over 5 years and is renowned in the area for providing a wide range of literature from the canon. As the bookshop is a family business it is fairly small compared to competitors such as WH Smiths and Waterstones therefore Orwell's Unique selling point is the assistance it provides as the staff have a detailed knowledge of literature and can be much more of a help then casual workers in larger stores such as WH Smiths who have no idea about books. The shop is also situated near Watford Grammar School and Merchant Taylor Private School which means the majority of the customers are students who have to buy text to aid them in there studies.
