The data processing cycle for online banking would start at data collection and preparation, where the user will decide how much to transfer and to which account. This would be inputted into the relevant fields on the website i.e. data input. Once submitted into the web interface, the banks accounting systems will process the transfer, taking into account relevant funds, access restrictions etc. When this has been completed, the cycle will move onto data output, where the transfer details are passed onto the other banks' systems and the users' account is updated.
