Science Chemistry Investigation I am going to investigate at which concentration of hydrochloric acid, marble breaks down fastest to make hydrogen. The concentrations are measured in molars, we are a going to use 0.1 0.5, 1 and 2 molars. I am going to use ml of hydrochloric acid, of marble chips with a surface area and the temperature will be room temperature which is roughly 25 degrees. This can't be kept constant but it will not change much during the experiment. The amounts of acid and the size, amount and surface area of the marble chips will be kept the same. The time between readings will be kept the same, it will be 20 seconds, and the size of the conical flask will be kept the same. Two things that cannot be kept exactly the same are the amounts of gas lost before the bung is put in at the start...
