The reason that BA are so successful is because they are a world wide business because of this they can get more customers as they have the interest of the whole world. Another reason that BA are so successful is because they have very good customer service this is good because once the customer goes to BA they are made to feel welcome so therefore want to keep on flying with BA this is good as BA will retain loyal customers and make more profit which will help them become a successful business.
