For this presentation I will be explaining the different parts of maintaining competitiveness. There are eight different sections to this, customer focus, competitor watching, suitable location, suitable resources, suitable ownership, market penetration, expansion/merger, research and development. Customer focus is where a business gives customers what they want this is very important in a business because if your not giving the best quality product and the best service you will lose customers to other businesses. The long room is very customers focused, they always make sure the customers are very happy with the food they are eating and the drink they are drinking. They use the best quality food, healthy and organic. The long room also makes sure the customers are happy with the prices of the food. The long room agree that the prices are just right, not so cheap that it seems like bad quality food, but not to expensive...
