Workers are now encouraged to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organizations of which they are members. Employers are depending on leadership in each of its employees and really beginning to understand the need of its employees to improve their business(s). Motivation has become more challenging because of an increasing unstable work environment, the removal of direct supervision as a motivational instrument, and the lack of understanding about what motivates the new generations...
