PART I. BUSINESS REPORT 1. My business Sarlat Bed and Breakfast is an established B&B, and has been in operation for the last five years. Sarlat is the capital of the black Périgord in south West France. After a possession and a brief period of becoming established, Sarlat B&B will diverse into others ventures to ensure a steady flow of patrons (tourists and local) through its doors. Sarlat B&B is a partnership, equally owned by Jean Leblanc and Marie Leblanc. Jean Leblanc resides on the property, managing and maintaining the business. * Our services: Sarlat B&B was filled out in 2000. There is a potential of eight guest rooms. The B&B offers a unique lodging environment. We have tried to create a climate of home, where guests become temporary members of a larger family.
