... Personal Development Planning Personal Development Planning (PDP) is a process which prompts you to focus upon your life and development of it in a purposeful way, enabling you to gain maximum benefit from all the experiences life offers you. There are many motives to go to university, develop your qualifications, and get a degree and to get a better job. What all these motives have in common is a focus upon development.
