For this task I am going to consider four main factors, these are; 1) Whether one management style is more likely to generate results and foster good employee/employer relations than using alternative management styles. Management styles will always have an affect on employer/employee relations, the styles a manager uses will change the way the manager communicates with employees. There are several different styles that will have varying affects on how employee/employer relations are fostered; these styles will be put into practice in different employment situations. The management styles are as follows; Democratic A democratic management style is where employees in the organisation will have a say in the business.
